Designing TeachMeHIPAA: a Clearer, More Scalable Learning Platform
TeachMeHIPAA helps individuals and organizations navigate HIPAA compliance through structured training, educational resources, testing, and certification. TeachMeHIPAA offers affordable HIPAA training, while also giving organizations tools to manage team members, seats, and certification status in one place.
TeachMeHIPAA came to us to rebuild its application experience, from navigation and information architecture to the overall product experience. The existing product had become difficult to scale, with an inconsistent interface, limited user guidance, and an architecture that did not support the platform’s future direction. The organization experience also needed a stronger foundation for managing teams and certifications.
The Impact
Beyond refreshing the interface using the Nuxt UI component library, which the client asked us to use, we established a more consistent and scalable product foundation for TeachMeHIPAA. The result is a platform that is easier to navigate, more effective for organizations, and better prepared for future releases. The work enhanced conversion and earned positive customer feedback for its design and aesthetic, while the team highlighted our insight, communication, and high quality of work.
