From First Call to Kickoff
On the first call we listen. To the challenge, product, constraints, and what's already been tried. From there we create a detailed proposal with a recommended process and timeline tailored to the project. Once accepted, we handle contracts and NDA, set up the communication tools and Figma workspace, and collect all existing materials. By the time design work starts, everyone knows exactly what's happening and when.
