Designing Nomi: a Scalable Fintech Platform That Converts from Day One
When ITFin approached us, their existing ERP product had become too heavy to scale and too complex to bring new clients onboard. They decided to build a new product from scratch: Nomi, a modular fintech platform for B2B enterprises and small business owners.
We worked across user experience, visual design, and brand identity to shape the product as a whole. Rather than starting from scratch, we used ITFin’s existing system strengths as a foundation and refined them into a clear, focused product experience.
The Impact
After the first demo round, 20% of leads converted into customers. We created a UX system flexible enough to support a wide range of use cases while remaining easy to onboard.
The Nomi team successfully secured funding from Google for Startups, validating the product's vision and growth potential.
Nomi now functions not just as a tool, but as a scalable product with a built-in monetization strategy and a strong market presence.

We designed a playful, meaningful logo in both static and animated versions. Inspired by financial reports, it combines stripes, a line, and a final dot to represent structure, progress, and clarity. And a broad color palette supports flexibility in complex UI while maintaining consistency across the product.
